He has served organizations in India and the USA, with notable roles at Deloitte and EXL Services. His qualifications include ICAI membership, CPA CISA, DISA- ICAI, CIA, CFE, and an ISO27001. His diverse experience and qualifications have established him as a respected authority in his field.

Swapna Jain, a distinguished professional in the field of IT Audits, SOC 2, and Statutory Audits, brings a wealth of over seven years of experience to the table. As a postgraduate, certified accountant, and Information System Auditor, she has demonstrated her proficiency by conducting audits for a wide array of companies in the SOC 2 domain. This includes SaaS companies hosted on renowned platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as IT services, BPO companies, and Data Centers.
She excels in audit planning, risk assessment, and evaluating the effectiveness of operational controls. For the past seven years, she has been a pivotal part of Vies Consulting, where she has broadened her domain to include Fintech, BFSI, ITES, and IT companies.
